Return Policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the product within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Return Conditions

A return is accepted if:

• the product has not been used;
• packaging is unopened and undamaged;
• all components are complete;
• the product is not classified as a hygiene item that cannot be returned once opened (cosmetics, skincare).

Return Procedure

2. We will provide the return address in Spain.
3. The item must be shipped within 14 days of the request.
4. A refund is issued after the product is received and inspected.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping Costs

• If the item has no defect, return shipping is paid by the customer.
• If there is a manufacturing defect or store error, shipping is covered by the store.
